Job summary

Coronado Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Henderson, NV seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help residents achieve communication goals. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a range of disorders, developing individualized plans and delivering therapy in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.

The role involves both individual and group sessions, documenting progress and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CF/CFY completion or equivalent experience.
• Current CCC-SLP licensure/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents with communication disorders.
• Provide individual and group SLP therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments and progress.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

CF/CFY (Clinical Fellowship) completion

CCC-SLP certification
