Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure.
• Successful completion of required clock hours or supervised practicum per state requirements.
• Proficient in documentation and data entry per regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans.
• Treat patients according to physician orders and goals.
• Supervise CFY/CF to ensure proper care.
• Record evaluations and progress notes accurately.
• Instruct families and staff for discharge preparation.
