Henderson Health in Henderson, NV is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders within a post-acute care setting.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, delivering therapy, monitoring outcomes, counseling families, and producing discharge summaries. SLP licensure is required and candidates at all experience levels are welcome.

Qualifications

• SLP licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and create care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Evaluate outcomes and modify services; make referrals as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers.
• Generate discharge summaries in line with regulatory requirements.
