Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity in Blackstone Valley, Whitinsville, MA. You will evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia, monitor progress, educate residents and families, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with nursing and rehab staff.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduate Speech-Language Pathologists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity at Blackstone Valley. This flexible position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys providing individualized care and helping residents improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
• Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
