Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity in Quincy, MA. Join a rehabilitation setting where you can evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

Active MA SLP license and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology are required. New grads welcome, with a flexible schedule and a collaborative interdisciplinary team supporting your professional growth.

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals.
• Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on supportive strategies.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, and other team members.

We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity in Quincy, MA. Join a rehabilitation setting where you can provide individualized evaluation and treatment to residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
• Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on supportive strategies
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
