Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide PRN rehabilitation services in Worcester, MA. The role focuses on residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges, offering flexible scheduling and individualized care.

The SLP will evaluate, treat, monitor progress, educate families, and document clinical findings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• New graduate Speech-Language Pathologists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and findings.
• Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Worcester, MA
$60–$65/hour | PRN

We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide PRN rehabilitation services in Worcester, MA. This flexible opportunity allows you to work directly with residents experiencing communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges while providing individualized, goal-focused care.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and clinical findings
• Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Monitor resident progress and adjust interventions when appropriate
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies that support communication and swallowing
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
