Cortica in Carlsbad, CA, is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver dynamic, play‑based speech therapy for children within a transdisciplinary care model. This role offers mentorship, leadership growth, and structured clinical ladder advancement.

You will collaborate with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, and other therapists to deliver integrated care, while maintaining documentation and following state and company policies. Compensation is $55/hr–$65/hr.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
• ASHA CCC‑SLP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play‑based speech and language therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate and empower families to extend communication strategies into daily life.
• Engage in cross‑discipline consultations with physicians, nurse practitioners, OT, PT, music therapists, and ABA professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and company policies.
• Contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program and pursue leadership and professional growth.

Education
