Cortica is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Carlsbad, CA to provide dynamic, play-based therapy focused on neurodevelopmental outcomes for children and families. You will lead treatment planning within a transdisciplinary team, pursue Clinical Ladder advancement, and participate in mentorship and leadership opportunities while delivering evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.

Responsabilités

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy that integrates sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with a holistic, transdisciplinary approach to care.
• Educate and empower families, ensuring communication strategies extend beyond therapy sessions into everyday life.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and company policies.
• Engage in cross-discipline consultations with physicians, nurse practitioners, OTs, PTs, music therapists, and ABA professionals.
• Contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program, positioning yourself for leadership and professional growth.
