Cortica is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist in California to deliver play-based, child-centered therapy within a collaborative, transdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, mentorship, and leadership opportunities through Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program.

You will work with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, and therapists to provide integrated care and grow professionally in a supportive, high-quality environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification; CFs encouraged to apply.
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care with neurodivergent populations.

Responsabilités

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy integrating sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate and empower families to extend communication strategies beyond therapy sessions.
• Engage in cross-discipline consultations with physicians, therapists, and ABA professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program and pursue leadership opportunities.
