Job summary

Cortica in Concord, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide dynamic, play-based therapy for children within an integrated, transdisciplinary care team. You’ll develop individualized plans and educate families, collaborating with neurologists, pediatricians, therapists, and families to maximize outcomes.

This role supports clinical leadership through the Clinical Ladder Program, mentorship of SLPAs, and professional development, with a strong compensation package, CEU

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP licensure in the state of practice required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred (CFs encouraged).
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy that integrates sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligning with a transdisciplinary approach to care.
• Educate and empower families, ensuring communication strategies extend beyond sessions.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, contributing to leadership and professional growth.
