Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver play-based therapy within a transdisciplinary pediatric care model in California. You will contribute to a Clinical Ladder program, mentor SLPAs, and collaborate with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, and other therapists to drive outcomes.

You will advance clinically and professionally through mentorship, leadership opportunities, and ongoing development, supported by a comprehensive benefits package and growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience with neurodivergent populations.
• Ability to mentor SLPA staff.
• Commitment to collaborative, transdisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
• Develop individualized plans aligned with transdisciplinary care.
• Educate families and empower daily communication strategies.
• Supervise SLPAs and contribute to clinical leadership.
