Job summary

Cortica is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in San Diego, CA to deliver play-based therapy and collaborate across disciplines. This role includes a Clinical Ladder path, mentorship, and leadership opportunities to grow your clinical expertise within a pediatric care model.

You will develop individualized plans, educate families, and ensure compliant documentation while advancing clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP licensure in the practicing state(s) required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy for children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligning with transdisciplinary care.
• Educate and empower families to apply communication strategies at home.
• Engage in cross-discipline consultations to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with policies.

Education
