Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Sedalia, MO, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state SLP license; CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accurately.
