Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Missouri is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide PRN therapy at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized plans to improve patient function and quality of life.

Collaborate with OTs, PTs, physicians, and nursing staff; educate patients and families on strategies; stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active and valid SLP license in Missouri.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care.
