Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a skilled nursing facility in Wellsville, MO. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, helping patients improve function and quality of life.

Monday–Friday schedule with flexible options, competitive hourly pay based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state SLP license in Missouri.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• Prior speech therapy experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs; provide therapy for articulation, cognitive-communication, and swallowing.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans.
