Innovate Rehab & Wellness in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders. You will address speech, language, voice, fluency and cognitive-communication needs, and help patients improve function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state SLP license.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Address speech, language, voice, fluency, and cognitive-communication needs.
• Help patients improve function and overall quality of life.
• Conduct evaluations for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapy for articulation, cognition-communication, and swallowing.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accurately.
• Stay current with best practices and advances in speech-language pathology.
