Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary team across multiple care settings, including Level I Trauma Center and Home Health. You will educate patients and caregivers on findings, goals, and home programs, and collaborate with therapists and clinicians to meet rehab objectives.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA SLP license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• SLP - State of California license required.
• BLS - Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers about findings, goals, plan of treatment and home programs.
• Collaborate with multifaceted care team across settings (Inpatient, Outpatient, Home Health).
• Communicate effectively to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
