Job Overview

Join our in‑house therapy team in Fresno as a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist. This role supports a post‑acute care facility providing long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric outpatient services.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Flexible schedule with work‑life balance. Pay: $65 – $70 per hour, based on experience.

Duties

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and develop appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation, and make referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

Speech‑Language Pathologist license is required. The position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.
