Job summary

Preble Home Health Services Llc in Ohio is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy in patients' homes on a part-time or PRN basis. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing interventions with autonomy and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio SLP license.
• CPR and/or BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and other disciplines.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal home health regulations.
