Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver adult neurorehabilitation in patients’ homes and community settings. You will serve as the primary treating SLP from evaluation to discharge, designing a flexible schedule (approx. 15 hours/week over 3 days).

Role emphasizes clinical autonomy, collaboration with a neuro-rehab team, and ongoing professional growth; no weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year working as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of neurorehabilitation techniques preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication; professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staff meetings and family conferences.
• Complete discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
