Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while promoting independence. You will design individualized therapy plans and work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, CCC-SLP credentials, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license as required by the state.
• Current CCC-SLP certification as applicable.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
