Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) to join our team. You will complete a 36-week fellowship under licensed supervision and work toward provisional licensure while adhering to CMS supervision requirements.

You will participate in patient care, documentation, and collaborative treatment planning across rehab disciplines. Qualified candidates must have a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be licensed, certified, or credentialed

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

Complete a 36-week Clinical Fellowship for full-time employment under licensed supervision.
Fulfill provisional licensure requirements and CMS supervision standards where applicable.
Communicate fellowship and licensure status to supervisor and rehab director timely.
Meet productivity standards in the rehab gym as directed by leadership.
Assist with patient care, attend meetings, and contribute to care planning.
Develop and modify treatment plans and document progress and outcomes.
Coordinate acquisition of adaptive communication devices and patient instruction.
