Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) candidate to complete a minimum of 36 weeks under supervision by an ASHA-certified SLP. You will work within a rehab team, coordinating care and ensuring adherence to licensure and CMS requirements while developing clinical skills in speech-language therapies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 36 weeks Clinical Fellowship for SLP-CF while under supervision by an ASHA-certified SLP.
• Meet state licensure requirements and CMS supervision standards during provisional licensure.
• Communicate Fellowship and licensure status to supervisor and Rehab Director in a timely manner.
• No supervision of students during Clinical Fellowship.
• Meet productivity standards for the rehab gym as directed by Rehab leadership.
• Attend patient care and related meetings, coordinate referrals and collaborate with rehab team.
• Adapt therapy plans to patient needs and ensure safe environment and equipment maintenance.
