You will be the primary contact for Slovenian-speaking clients, resolve complex inquiries, keep detailed records, collaborate with internal teams, and help maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Slovenian language (native or fluent) required.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in client-facing roles or tech support is advantageous.
• Professional proficiency in English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Slovenian-speaking clients, providing high-quality support and resolution.
• Navigate complex customer inquiries, ensuring professional communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to contribute to service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Meet and exceed daily KPIs within the Customer Support Services framework.
