Job Description

1. Perform routine maintenance and repair on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware under supervision and through on-the-job training.
2. Provide excellent customer service by responding to floor calls.
3. Conduct immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance on gaming equipment.
4. Diagnose and repair machine faults, including electronic faults at the board level, referring complex issues to senior technicians.
5. Read and apply information from repair manuals and technical materials accurately.
6. Communicate effectively using two-way radios.
7. Stay informed about new slot products and equipment.
8. Assist slot attendants as needed.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in repairing and maintaining electronic and computer technology devices, with knowledge of electricity and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and maneuver weights up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
