Job DescriptionSupport all supervisors and operators with operational functions of quality control, label inspection and separation, store separation, packaging, special instructions, and shipping to meet customer delivery deadlines while maintaining all quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Accurately inspect, separate, slot, and package all label/print products.
- Ensure all quality control standards are maintained.
- Use ERP system (TCM) to log time and materials accurately and follow department guidelines.
- Ensure shipments are completed and packages shipped correctly as per schedule or instructions.
- Communicate issues related to printing, laminating, or shipping errors to relevant personnel.
- Coordinate with courier companies and drivers about delays or special deliveries.
- Follow supervisor and management instructions for additional tasks or projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, using PPE and following safety procedures.
- May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.
SCHEDULES: B Shift - Sunday through Tuesday, 7:45PM to 8:00AM and Wednesday, 7:45PM to 2:00AM
QualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED; or one year related experience/training; or equivalent.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:- Stand 2/3 to full shift daily.
- Use hands/fingers frequently for handling and feeling.
- Reach with hands/arms frequently.
- Lift between 25-50 pounds 1/3 of the shift.
- Require distance and color vision capabilities.
