Job Description

Support all supervisors and operators with operational functions of quality control, label inspection and separation, store separation, packaging, special instructions, and shipping to meet customer delivery deadlines while maintaining all quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Accurately inspect, separate, slot, and package all label/print products.
• Ensure all quality control standards are maintained.
• Use ERP system (TCM) to log time and materials accurately, following department guidelines for TCM activities.
• Ensure all shipments are completed and packages shipped correctly as per the daily schedule, supervisor instructions, job tickets, or customer instructions.
• Communicate any problems or quality issues related to printing, laminating, or shipping errors to the appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate with courier companies and drivers regarding delays, special deliveries, and other issues affecting customer deliveries.
• Follow additional instructions from supervisors or management to complete tasks or projects accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, use PPE, and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Be prepared to work overtime or on different shifts as needed.

SCHEDULES:

B Shift - Sunday through Tuesday, 7:45PM to 8:00AM and Wednesday, 7:45PM to 2:00AM

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED; or one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

1. Stand 2/3 to full shift daily.
2. Use hands and fingers to handle and feel for 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.
3. Reach with hands and arms for 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.
4. Lifting between 25 and 50 pounds for 1/3 of the shift daily.
5. Require distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more).
6. Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
