Job summary

Hard Rock Biloxi is seeking a maintenance-oriented technician to service slot machines and related equipment. You will follow brand policies, perform repairs and routine maintenance, and support game changes as directed by management.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and safety awareness to protect assets and deliver smooth guest experiences in a dynamic casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs installation, movement, denomination, and game change of slot machines as directed by management.
• Safeguards the company's assets assigned.
• Ensures precautions to maintain safety standards while repairing equipment.
• Performs tests and checks on machines to identify causes of problems.
• Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
• Mantains knowledge of property information & memorabilia.

• Performs all duties in accordance with state gaming regulations.
• Repairs slots equipment and other gaming related equipment.
• Performs general maintenance as assigned or in accordance with existing procedures.
• Performs for the installation, movement, denomination, and game change of slot machines as directed by management.
• Safeguards the company's assets assigned.
• Ensures that all necessary precautions are taken to maintain company safety standards while repairing slots equipment and other gaming related equipment.
• Performs predetermined tests and checks on specific machines to establish causes for identified problems as reported by management or slot floor personnel.
• Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of property information & memorabilia.
