PENN Entertainment is seeking a Slot Technical Manager to lead the Slot Technical Department, overseeing maintenance, upgrades, and staffing. You will manage a team, drive performance, and coordinate with property leadership to maximize profitability while delivering excellent guest experiences.

This role requires strong budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skills, with a focus on safety and compliance across slot systems and hardware at the Mississippi property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a four-year college or university.
• 3+ years in Slot technical management or related role.
• Minimum 5 years of comparable slot analytics/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the Slot Technical Department operations, including maintenance, repairs, moves, and system upgrades.
• Supervise slot tech staff and drive performance against budget and guest-satisfaction objectives.
• Create efficient schedules to control labor costs while meeting staffing needs.
• Assist in budgeting for the department and monitor budget adherence.
• Uphold superior customer service standards and ensure staff follow company programs.
