Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Slot Technician Supervisor to oversee slot operations and ensure top guest service. You will implement tasks as directed by the Slot Tech Shift Manager and report issues promptly.

Direct supervision of 5–8 employees, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations are key duties. Requires at least 2 years as a Slot Technician and 1 year of supervisory experience; applicants must be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two year’s experience as a Slot Technician.
• Minimum of one year Supervisor experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing all tasks and assignments as directed by the Slot Tech Shift Manager and/or the Slot Director.
• Works in coordination with the Slot Shift Manager to ensure maximum customer service and report any unusual problems or situations.
