Job summary

Qualifications

• Illinois Gaming Board License a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle machine related customer issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain slots and electronic/electro-mechanical components and subsystems.
• Troubleshoot and repair slots and other equipment to minimize downtime and maximize profitability.
• Interpret communications system information related to proper machine functionality.
• Perform tasks in compliance with applicable regulations.
