Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino is seeking a Slot Tech Shift Manager to support the Slot Tech Manager in planning and executing shift initiatives and a training curriculum for the casino's slot operations.

You will communicate changes, resolve issues, and help maintain efficient processes and the performance of casino gaming equipment across departments while staying current with technological advancements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Slot Tech Manager in planning, executing, and overseeing department initiatives during assigned shifts.
• Communicate changes, issues, and status updates to relevant parties and ensure timely information distribution.
• Uphold departmental values by fostering satisfaction, recognition and engagement.
• Implement best practices and standardized improvements to enhance operational efficiency across related areas.
• Support the maintenance and performance of casino gaming equipment in collaboration with the Slot Tech Manager.
• Maintain regular communications with team members, management and other departments to relay important information and resolve issues.
