Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Slot Technician Supervisor to execute tasks as directed by the Slot Tech Shift Manager and Slot Director, ensuring top customer service and timely reporting of issues.

You will work with the Shift Manager to maintain compliance with department policies and supervise 5–8 employees, including training, assignments, performance reviews, and discipline when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Slot Technician.
• Minimum of one year Supervisor experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Implements all tasks and assignments as directed by the Slot Tech Shift Manager and/or the Slot Director.
• Works in coordination with the Slot Shift Manager to insure maximum customer service at all times and report any issues.
• Insures compliance with Slot Department policies and procedures.
• Directly supervises 5 to 8 employees; trains, assigns, appraises, and disciplines staff.
