Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino in California is seeking a Slot Tech Shift Manager to support the Slot Tech Manager, oversee daily operations, and coordinate a training curriculum for the department. This role focuses on maintaining casino gaming equipment, communicating changes, and ensuring guest satisfaction during assigned shifts.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, implement best practices, and stay informed on advancements in casino technology to drive efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with setup and programming of slot-related gaming equipment and player tracking systems.
• Knowledge of Title 31 requirements and internal control policies.
• Basic math skills.
• Extensive knowledge of gaming device technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promotingour values.
• Assist the Slot Tech Manager in planning, executing, and overseeing department initiatives duringassigned shifts.
• Communicate changes, issues, and status updates to relevant parties and ensuring timely and efficientinformation distribution.
• Support the maintenance and performance of casino gaming equipment in collaboration with the SlotTech Manager.
• Oversee machine moves, installations/removals, conversions, and repairs in compliance with jurisdictional regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all machines, including par sheets, compliance documentation, and machine-related activities.
• Support the Slot Tech Manager in human resources responsibilities, including creating a positive workenvironment, hiring, training, and compliance with policies.
• Promote and uphold the highest standards of guest service for both internal and external guests.
