Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with setup and programming of slot-related gaming equipment and player tracking systems.
• Knowledge of Title 31 requirements and internal control policies.
• Basic math skills.
• Extensive knowledge of gaming device technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Technical operations during a shift.
• Assist in planning, managing, and executing training curriculum for the slot tech team.
• Communicate changes, issues, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Support maintenance and performance of casino gaming equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of machines, par sheets, and compliance docs.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Hire and train staff, foster positive work environment, ensure policy compliance.
• Act as liaison between vendor technicians and property departments.
