Cache Creek Casino Resort seeks a Slot Tech Manager to lead the Slot Department, directing maintenance, staffing, project coordination, and equipment performance on the gaming floor.

You will oversee technicians, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations while delivering top-tier guest service.

Requirements include 5+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong leadership in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A) or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office.
• Knowledge of data analysis, inventory management, and gaming operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees all duties performed by Slot Tech Shift Managers, Slot Tech Supervisors, Preventative Maintenance Technicians, and Slot Technicians.
• Responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating all technicians and preventative maintenance technicians.
• Directs and oversees the overall maintenance and performance of casino gaming equipment.
• Remain up to date on all advances in technology, including training and best practices for Slot Technical department employees.
• Responsible for machine moves, installations, removals, conversions, and repairs.
• Schedule all property aspects of casino game projects; liaise between vendors and property departments.
• Assist with AutoCAD drawings of the gaming floor.
• Communicates department goals and expectations to Slot Technical staff.
• Prepares regular status reports with KPIs, morale, skills, staffing, and game performance recommendations.
• Ensures adherence to budget and flags purchases/expenses exceeding limits.
• Maintains a department manual.
• Ensures compliance with company standards and gaming regulations; enforces policies.
• Provide exceptional guest service and uphold R.I.C.H. values and the 3 E’s of Cache Creek Casino Resort.
• Other duties may be assigned.
