Qualifications

• Maintain all Slot Department equipment at peak operational readiness.
• Handle machine-related customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Install, move, test, repair, and maintain slots and components.
• Review, interpret, and verify slot paytables, settings, and jackpots.
• Troubleshoot and repair slots to minimize downtime and maximize profitability.
• Assist in training other employees and maintain key/security procedures.
