Job summary
Caesars Entertainment in Missouri seeks a Slot Technical Supervisor to provide direct and general supervision to slot technical staff, ensuring the effective and efficient operation and placement of electronic gaming devices while complying with gaming regulations and supporting our mission, vision and values.
You will lead staffing, training, budgeting input, and coordinate slot machine installation and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Sound technical understanding of game manuals, policies and procedures; able to supervise others.
- Demonstrated slot technical and supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of policies, procedures and cheating techniques.
- Ability to read slot floor plans and wiring diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and general supervision to slot technical staff.
- Interpret and enforce company policies for slot staff.
- Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and lead personnel.
- Maintain awareness of all gaming devices and areas; respond to deficiencies.
- Ensure staff complies with internal control procedures for machines.
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and monitor variances.
- Assess technology advances to improve guest experience.
- Ensure inventory of parts and tools is adequate.
- Promote safe and secure working environment.
- Coordinate and implement slot machine placement changes.
