Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3-5 years equivalent training/experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills.
• Strong gaming, managerial, administrative, and financial acumen.
• 4–6 years experience in Slot Performance or Operations.
• Ability to deal effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff performance per department procedures, game security, customer service and compliance with Maryland Lottery Commission regulations.
• Schedules, evaluates, disciplines and trains slot technicians.
• Assists Slot Performance Manager in planning slot projects and process improvements.
• Trains slot repair personnel on all types of slots and gaming equipment.
• Oversees work assignments and ensures completion as requested.
• Produces evaluations to resolve guest disputes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manages keys, locks, parts distribution, inventory, tools and equipment.
• Collaborates with other departments or contractors to complete requested work.
