Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Missouri is seeking a Slot Supervisor to directly supervise slot technical staff, ensure efficient operation and compliance with gaming regulations, and support our mission and values. You will oversee machine installation, maintenance, and placement, coordinate with repair operations, and promote safe, guest-focused service.

The role requires at least 2 years in gaming operations with 1 year supervising staff, the ability to obtain a gaming license, and a high school

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years in gaming operations with 1 year supervising slot staff.
Able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
Strong knowledge of gaming policies, procedures, and cheating detection.

Responsibilities

Interpret and enforce company policies to slot staff.
Staff, schedule, evaluate, train and lead personnel to maintain positive relations.
Maintain awareness of gaming devices and respond to deficiencies.
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures for machine removal, installation and key control.
Assist in preparing operating budgets and monitor budget variances.
Pursue opportunities to enhance guest experiences through technology.
Ensure inventory of parts and tools.
Direct slot machine maintenance and placement changes.
