Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Slot Tech Manager to lead a team of technicians, supervisors, and shift managers. You will oversee maintenance and performance of gaming equipment, hire and train staff, and coordinate machine moves and projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and budget adherence.

You will stay current with technology, develop AutoCAD drawings of the gaming floor, and drive department goals.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong computer skills; proficient with MS Office
• Experience with data analysis, inventory management, and workforce management
• Solid leadership, project management, and communication abilities
• Knowledge of gaming operations and compliance practices

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the Slot Tech team including Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians.
• Hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating staff.
• Oversees maintenance and performance of casino gaming equipment.
• Stay up-to-date on technology advances and best practices for Slot Tech.
• Coordinate machine moves, installations, removals, and repairs within regulatory guidelines.
• Schedule casino game projects and liaise with vendors and property departments.
• Maintain AutoCAD drawings of the gaming floor.
• Communicate department goals and expectations to staff.
• Prepare regular department reports including KPIs, morale, skills, staffing, and game performance recommendations.
• Monitor budget adherence and alert management to potential overruns.
• Maintain a department manual and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide exceptional guest service and uphold R.I.C.H. values and 3 Es
