Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos in Rancho Mirage, CA is seeking a Slot Technician Supervisor to oversee routine maintenance of slot equipment and related ticket printer technology. You will train entry level technicians, supervise staff, and ensure high guest service standards.

The role requires leadership, electronics knowledge, and ability to read schematics. You will manage scheduling, training programs, and compliance with internal controls; on-site work enviroment with direct supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership ability to guide and develop staff.
• Must read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; apply manuals to field ops.
• Experience operating standard test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, CRT testers).
• Proficient with standard PC software and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervises new installation, floor movement and removal of slot machines as assigned by the Director and/or Slot Technical Projects Supervisors.
• Performs and supervises replacement of chips, logic boards, currency and hopper components.
• Maintains and diagnoses slot machines, progressive systems, casino signage and on-line tracking hardware.
• Schedules and reviews staffing to provide optimal service while controlling costs.
• Develops and evaluates staff; conducts interviews and hires for Slot Technician positions.
• Establishes and manages training programs to control lost time injuries.
• Reports inventory usage and ensures replacement parts and supplies are available.
• Completes daily logs and documentation; reports unusual activities to Director.
• Provides excellent guest service and complies with internal controls and procedures.
