Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years strong customer service experience and six months or more previous Slot experience.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize MS Office applications.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills necessary to deliver superior casino resort service to a diverse customer base. Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to serve both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee slot machine operation and guest service in the assigned area.
• Assist with hiring, training, and disciplinary actions of Slot Department personnel.
• Supervise the Slot Operation of the casino floor, gaming machines, customer service, and assigned Slot Department personnel.
• Ensure compliance with AMLP, Title 31 cash transactions, and suspicious activity reporting.
