Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Cincinnati is seeking a Slot Shift Manager to lead slot operations, mentor staff and elevate guest experiences in a dynamic casino environment. You will manage a team, partner with departments, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years in slot or casino operations with supervisory experience; a high school diploma is required, college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with 3–5 years in slot or casino operations; college degree preferred.
• Must obtain valid licenses/certifications per regulatory requirements.
• Supervisory experience in a casino environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that engages guests and promotes loyalty to Seminole Hard Rock.
• Hire, train, evaluate and motivate staff; monitor floor coverage and labor costs.
• Assist in setting objectives, standards and budgets for the department.
• Provide information to management on market strategies and guest service improvements.
• Oversee all slot guest service activities and coordinate with related departments.
• Ensure slot products and equipment are in good working order and compliant with rules.
