Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Mississippi is seeking a Slot Floor Attendant to ensure accurate documentation, monitor activity, and interact with guests to promote goodwill.

You will process jackpot payouts according to department standards, safeguard assets, and perform routine maintenance while adhering to Mississippi Gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer applications skills.
• Length of time in position to become proficient.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Responsibilities

• Document all paperwork i.e.; logs, jackpot tickets, W2G’s are documented completely and accurately.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all transactions on the Slot Floor.
• Monitor Slot Floor constantly.
• Interact with Guests to address complaints, resolve problems and to promote goodwill.
• Perform minor maintenance on Slot machines.
• Perform Jackpot payouts properly according to department standards.
• Safeguards the assets of the company.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks as required or requested.
• Performs all duties according to MS Gaming regulations as it pertains to the segregation of duties.
• Other duties may be assigned.
