Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote superior customer service in line with department standards.
• Watch slot play, resolve issues, and report problems.
• Respond to guest needs and accurately handle monetary transactions.
• Pay and verify jackpots on slot machines.
• Promote the myChoice card program and inform customers of benefits.
• Maintain money flow accurately during shifts.
• Assist in training new personnel as needed.
• Monitor work areas for cleanliness and customer requests.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues to management.

• Assists in watching slot play, resolves problems and promotes compliance with slot procedures and rules while insuring slot security and reporting on specific play or problems as required.
• Respond to the needs of guests, and accurately handle guests’ monetary transactions; has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers.
• Pay and verify jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.
• Proactively promote the myChoice card program; understand current card benefits and information and presents program to customers.
• Accurately maintains and control money flow during shift with customers and employees.
• Assists in training new personnel and customer booth trainees as needed.
• Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved and customer requests are addressed and resolved.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
