Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees.
• Lead by example and uphold Five Star Experience and department standards.
• Coach and support team members to develop skills and resources.
• Monitor and manage slot operations and headcounts.
• Perform overrides and manage jackpot and payout standards.
• Ensure compliance with MICS and TICS policies.
• Communicate issues to Slot Department Management and seek resolutions.
