Qualifications

• High School Degree (or GED).
• Two years (or equivalent) supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees by exceeding our mission statement.
• Lead by example and uphold our Five Star Experience for Guests and Team Members, enforcing service standards.
• Perform headcounts and prepare jackpot and daily reports.
• Read and record progressive meters accurately (MICS standards).
• Oversee Slot Attendants to ensure compliance with Casino and department policies.
• Execute overrides and manage cash-out tickets as needed.
• Plan, organize and execute daily shift functions based on business demands.
• Maintain safety and integrity, following Title 31/Anti Money Laundering regulations.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and briefings to inform the team of relevant information.
• Communicate issues to Slot Supervisor and keep the team aligned with department expectations.
