Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Atlanta is seeking a Slot Technician to maintain and repair slot machines across locations. You will troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and configure computer hardware and software for slot machines, reading schematics and manuals as needed.

Responsibilities include performing field service, using hand tools, and keeping detailed records. Strong customer service with casino staff and patrons is essential, as is basic mechanical knowledge for repairs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a slot technician or in a similar role preferred.
Strong knowledge of computer networking and low voltage systems.
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair slot machines and related equipment.
Perform field service on slot machines at various locations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with slot machines.
Install, upgrade, and configure computer hardware and software for slot machines.
Follow schematics and technical manuals to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
Use hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs and adjustments.
Provide excellent customer service to casino staff and patrons.
Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory.
