Responsibilities

• Supervise Slot attendants on assigned shift and oversee daily slot operations.
• Coordinate scheduling and monitor scheduling concerns with the manager.
• Support budgeting process and assist in department budget initiatives; report budget concerns to manager.
• Help develop strategies for customer service, revenue growth, and expense management to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and maintain confidentiality across department matters.
